Because at this point California needs to be cut off. It is a huge hassle to do business here and you risk being sued by SF or other large anti gun cities. Until CA gets its act together, the entire state needs to be blacklisted.

I have little doubt that this is what will happen. There will be a very small number of people who will do business online with CA.

My take:

This doesn't address shipments to FFL holders, but at least they're not cutting the cord early on non-FFL shipments.

It's been a tough past few years for the CA gun crowd. If I recall correctly:

2014 - long gun registration
2015 - the end of SSE pistols
2016 - run on MSR
2017 - rush for ammo?

Hopefully no vendors cut off the ammo shipments during 2017.

By the time 12/31/17 rolls around it will not matter to me if online vendors will ship ammo to FFL03/COE holders or not (I doubt they will). The bunker is already at max capacity but with another 12 months to top off, I will be OK...

One thing I see coming down the pike is President Trump reversing the Obama EO's regarding importation of Saiga's and comblock surplus ammo. Hopefully we will start seeing Saiga's and 7.62x54r spam cans again before 2018...

One can hope right? Come on, we need more Saiga rifles!!
