I don't very much care if it takes a year or more. The point is be upfront about it and honest. I did my research and asked all these questions before placing the order, all this before the OBAMA crud. I was told 3 weeks, I kept my end of the agreement and was told every few weeks that my lower was shipped. If that makes me impatient... so be it but, it does not put me in the wrong to ask someone to be upfront and honest.

Now if he did tell you that your lower was shipped already when you called, then yes, there is a problem.

I sold a firearm to a lowlife, that was my fault. I should have trusted my gut. I did not post here to flame M24armorer. Just looking for suggestions to resolve my problem. Ive been told that my lower was shipped for the last 4 weeks or so. I just like a direct answer and i can accept that.

since early december it's been in the mail. Even my receiving FFL was blamed for not being avail to fax the DOJ approval number and FFL fax copy.

Hi guys, I have a proplem with a FFL. I've ordered a custom engraved lower back in October. Yes! October!!! since then, I've gotten every single excuse why my lower has not shipped. I need some advice on how to proceed to either getting my lower or my money refunded. Any and all suggestions will be very much appreciated.
