problems w/ FFL M24armorer

Hi guys, I have a proplem with a FFL. I've ordered a custom engraved lower back in October. Yes! October!!! since then, I've gotten every single excuse why my lower has not shipped. I need some advice on how to proceed to either getting my lower or my money refunded. Any and all suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Delays in the industy really aren't uncommon. Even on orders placed prior to the election. Manufacturers are swamped with orders, and individual dealers have a difficult time getting them to commit to any time frames. If its any solace, you aren't alone. There are ALOT of people out there waiting.. Be kind to your FFL, I'm sure he is doing everything he can for you.. Its just the nature of the current market. "If" we can get info from the manufacturers, we try to relay that along to the customer, but given the situation, you almost have to take it with a grain of salt. I wish there was a better answer, but be patient. If you want to bail out, I'm sure you can work it out amicably with your Dealer, especially if your lower has not been received and engraved. There is a long line of folks ready to take your place in line.

You ordered a custom engraved piece and are upset that you have been waiting 3 months?

You are aware that every gun item is pretty much back logged months right now.

Welcome to the gun world, it is what it is. Almost any custom piece will be quoted a time that almost always turns out to be a a 3rd of the actual time it takes to get.

I would be glad to send you a refund. It's busy enough without being flamed and I'm having a hard time keeping up with demand.

Not to mention all the calls I'm getting from someones posts on another board.

The above quote is true. It may take some time as it is custom and the current situation of people buying so much at one time.. I just talked (called on other business)to John and he will be looking at this thread to see what the problem is. He's really one of the best armorers out there and a real good guy. Things currently take more time.

Yeah, no kidding, did you try to contact m24armorer before you flamed him here? Was it you that flamed him also in another forum? You just don't go online and start flaming FFL's without doing your homework my friend. It gets you bad reputation.

Did you even bother to ask if he would refund your money? If not, why the hell are you asking us to tell you how to do it when it seems that all it will take is a simple phone call.

+1 to the above. M24armorer's work is top notch. If you're expecting quick turnaround in this current political environment then look elsewhere. Personally, I'm willing to wait to get my stuff worked on by him for the quality work he performs on my stuff.

Sorry, I know some of this stuff has taken a lot longer than it should have. Most of my orders have been shipped but I'm still a bit behind.

No one yet has ever asked for a refund. On that note I'll be happy to refund anyone who asks.

Considering the pre and post Obama prices, I may become something other than a non profit
