The general consensus out-of-state seems to be that Californians are all scum, and don't deserve to possess firearms of any type.

Yeah, I hear Californicator all the time at the gun shows in Reno. I usually tell them I live "just down the street" or some nonsense. I look hillbilly enough to pass as an "outlying areas of Reno" resident.

Aside from paperwork, I honestly don't understand why certain dealers don't want to sell to California. Gun owners not sticking together is a sure way to lose our rights.

It was all on how to do the CFLC approvals. It ain't rocket science, and if you've been dealing with Ca, you're already doing it. New out-of-state dealers can be up and running with the guidance of a Ca Dealer in 10 min. It doesn't take an hour at SHOT to teach it. No surprise it was a empty class.

I wasn't implying that its rocket science...only that I thought it was a good sign that a related seminar was even being held. It would have been a positive sign if there were at least a few people there.

People think the FED AW ban kept you from buying ARs which isn't true....you just couldn't buy them w/ certain features....or hi-cap....hence, the term POST and PRE.......

We coudl certianly double our sales if we had the product.....

I liked the guy at Tactical Inovations that decided he was going to lecture me about moving out of the state or some such nonsense. I cut him off and walked away. He seemed shocked like I should grovel and I said over my shoulder "Or you could choose to make money with me."

I didn't get very far with TI either. I tried to explain but they would not listen. Maybe they got tired of hearing from all us CA boys.

I did get a few people to listen here and there, most had no idea that we are making (big) waves here. They were surprised and pleased to hear we are making efforts.
Rorbahr and STI seemed very interested in hearing about Nerfs.
