    Gun Broker?

I want to unload my safe.

Is Gun Broker the best online selling site? Any experiences? The CG Marketplace isn't working for me. Had guns sitting in the Marketplace for months/year and no movement.

Any suggestions on how to sell better?

    Thanks for your help.

If it wont sell you have priced it too high...lower the price and it will sell.

I've checked your threads...Your Glocks are overpriced. Using Gunbroker prices The Glock 31 in .357sig is worth less than $500 because of the caliber. The autographed Glock 21 is worth $500. The Autograph doesn't add to the value and will come off when cleaned.

Yep. CG Marketplace is full of buyers familiar with, and willing to pay, CA premium prices. If you can't attract that batch of buyers, price is probably unreasonable.

Couldn't find any thread you posted in Marketplace, so I dunno.

If you won't ship for CGN, will you ship for gunbroker?

Gunbroker is not free either... There's a percentage taken from the selling price I think

I know three people looking for a gun safe. Place it here at least.

No, no, no. He needs to add a laser-pointer to that Glock; and a flashlight, scope, bayonet, tactical can opener, and a round-counter.

                  Then it will sell.

Gunbroker isn't a bad place to sell things, and buy things. I've never had any major problems, and things definitely do get excellent exposure.

One thing that's nice is the auction format where you can set your reserve price. That's a good way to get people engaged in what you're selling, and even if the auction closes without the reserve being met, many potential buyers will keep the item on their watch list to see if you lower the reserve. Just about everything I've ever followed (or sold) there eventually was a done deal.

Try it, you may like it.
It all comes down to price and quality of the item.
OH, and you need a buyer to complete the purchase in the end.

GB does have a bigger viewing group.
                      Good luck

Something like a safe would be hard to sell on GB. Craig's list is a better option.

Pricing has to be realistic too.

Thanks for the input guys. Trying to get rid of everything. Life happens. Perhaps I'll keep one Glock. Thanks again!

It will sell & someone will pickup using Craigslist. Proper price, it will move. I've used it for as long as its been up.
