Tactical Gloves Yay or Nah

I like to wear gloves.

I find that my fingers get so much wear during a 4 day class that the fingerprint login thing on my phone won't work after day 2.

With my AR I don't mind gloves but almost never wear them. With a handgun I don't like them at all.

I've used my cycling gloves and they work great for rifles and pistols. I like to wear them for shooting, but it is a hassle to reload and adjust stuff as it more difficult with gloves on.

when i am on a shotgun course, ill use a glove for my forward hand. my thumb goes over the barrel on the m4 and if i am not wearing a glove, burns the hell out of it.

The only time I use gloves while shooting is if the finger tips are cut off. I can't stand losing the tactile feel but when we were in Iraq they made us wear the nomex gloves. I somehow got away with cutting the fingers off.

Only time I have worn shooting gloves is for tactical training around "shoot" vehicles to protect my hands from broken glass.

I do have nice kidskin gloves for riding my horse in cold weather....
