Check your ammo too. I had the same problem with some of my reloads. I was squashing the round in to low with to much crimp and the shoulder was slightly out of spec. Stupid mistake!

Right, I did. After 20 or so rounds the unburnt powder built up again.

I cleaned the chamber before I went to the range.
I don't drink or Smoke. I spend my money on gunpowder and gasoline.

Sounds like the reloads are the problem. There shouldn't be that much unburnt powder unless it's like a 7.5 barrel.

Sounds like your cases aren't sized enough. Try turning the die down a bit. You have a case gauge?

              Correct.

              Right, I'm running a 18 inch barrel (I think)

Maybe the powder got moist? I doubt it since I keep my jug sealed but i cant think of much else

It makes sense because there are no marks on the brass.

My load for the ammo is:

                55gr fmj
                22.5 imr4064

Its kinda odd that this wasn't a problem before.... but I'm not sure what to do about this. Cause now I have to shoot 140 rounds of this jam inducing ammo....

What dies are you using to full length size your brass. The problem youi mention about brass not wanting to eject sounds like you might need a small base die like the RBCS one. YThat or the brass you had that gave you those issues, had you fired it before in your rifle? It could also be Saw fired brass if it is Milsurp casings

You cleaned it you say? Looks filthy to me. Give it a proper cleaning and lube it.

I am using full length sizing dies yes. Maybe I aught to give the small base dies a try.

I cleaned it before I went to the range, the pic was after I left the range.

UPDATE! I found the true problem! It was my brass cleaning process that caused this!!!!

I recently got into stainless steel media. I guess my drying technique wasn't good enough and it left a layer of water around the inside of the brass. when I fired the tainted rounds, the center of the powder ignited, but there was a ring of wet powder around the edges!

Settle down, folks. The new "ghost gun" regulations probably don't do what you think they do.

Could you explain how you came to this conclusion. I use this technique and I've never had an issue. I also haven't been reloading much lately so my clean brass sits for awhile.

                                Sure thing

I pulled some of the bullets giving me trouble, half the powder would not come out. Had to use a small nail to get the rest out. It was wet.

The cause of the problem was that I didn't dry the brass well enough.
