I have a 26, never shot it... just doesn't feel all that great in my hand. I carry a 19 and (or) a 43 and they both feel better to me. I'll concede the 26 serves a role in California due to the magazine restrictions, but if I lived in a free state I'd sell the 26.
Still, between the two I'd go 26 because the .40 just doesn't offer anything to justify hoarding another caliber in my mind.
