You didn't have to take them all down OP. After not reading this thread for a couple days and to see your posts deleted I was thinking "Aww man, he didn't take his lumps like a man, got all pissy and quit". You need thick skin at times here on CGN, that might be another lesson learned from this thread.

Ohhh.....take some firearm safety courses and other courses. Take the wife along too since she didn't tell you to put the guns away, good chance for "quality time", learning something together.

I wish I did have the funds for safety courses. I bought all my toys before kids and college loans. Now a days I'm lucky if I get $20 a week to use on my self. I feel I do have thick skin and I wasn't offended by any comments, some people help you up and some just kick you while you're down. I was expecting both when I posted.

You can't afford a safety class but you can afford ammo and beer? Priorities dude. Stop handling firearms until you take a proper class. Start saving up the that $20 a week and in less than two months your class and ammo for it will be payed for. That or sell a gun to pay for it since you have no business using one until you get some training. Seriously, stop making excuses.

You wouldn't be so nonchalant about this if your family was camping in those hills or your child was on a boy scout retreat and had to start dodging incoming rounds from some drunk d-bag shooting from his yard into the unknown. Think about it.

I'm not trying to dog-pile here but you have got to see the situation for what it is. It's not about kicking you while your down. Your actions were quite appalling. Again, please don't handle firearms again until you get some safety training. And for the love of god stop handling guns while drunk.

Here's another drunk with a gun and a CCW. Woman is in critical condition because of him:

"Renton police said the suspect had a permit to carry a concealed weapon."

Incidents like these and what I've been told about how easy it is in some states to get a CCW...ya know what? I think some changes need to be made.
