lol my 1911 is at my local gunsmith right now, I hope he doesn't Chaz it up. I'm getting anxious thinking about it.

I chazzed the rear sight on a Mini-14 Ranch Rifle a couple of months ago. I overtightened the screw to keep it from backing out, but then I tried to remove it to install a scope and I stripped it. It was my fault, but that baby was chazzed beyond my capability to repair it. So I took it into a nearby gunsmith, thinking he could extract the chazzed screw while I waited. But the guy starts telling me that the only thing he can do for me is fill the hole on the screw head with some lead. I told him that wouldn't help, because I need the chazzed screw removed completely. So then the guy starts chazzing me with an offer to buy my Mini-14 for $200.00! I told him to chaz off, and I took it to another gunsmith, who extracted the chazzed screw while I waited, and he didn't even charge me for it. That guy just made a customer for life!

I'm glad this got updated. I was wondering what happen. I ironically have a 1911 in for some work that I didn't want to chaz up myself. Hopefully the smith doesn't make it all chazzed. I sometimes also use the term Sanduskied too among my friends it is actually on Urban Dictionary.

                      The Verdict is in.

Merry Christmas from the Court... Judgment for Plaintiff (Me ) $329 + $89 in costs. Well now we will see if Chaz respects the judgment of the Law and whether or not he is destitute or has even a shred of integrity left..

^^^^ Well that's half the battle-the easy half.

Collecting that from the defendant is the other half-not always easy.

Maybe Chaz will learn something from this experience.

Congrats on sticking with it. Collecting shouldn't be much of a problem. If Chazzy Screwup has a store, they can put a keeper in it & collect all money until it's paid. The cost will be added to the judgement. Most business owners don't like the publicity; the keeper will explain to customers why he's there. That's how my brother - an auto mechanic (also a thief & scam artist) was forced to pay several judgements against him.

                              I don't think they'd let a keeper hang out in Chaz's father's garage.

IIRC, the Chazmeister was operating his "business" from his parents garage. Given the way he has handled this debacle he created, I think Enrique has a better chance of squeezing blood out of a turnip than collecting anything from that Douchebag.
