Update on CC Gunsmithig case

We had our day in court today and I feel like I did pretty well.
Chaz did not dispute the facts and the Judge said. "You two should just go outside and settler this" I asked Chaz for my original amount plus the cost of filing and The cost of service. Chaz was not amenable to this so I told the Judge we were unable to come to an agreement.

Chaz opened his defense with " I don't know where to start" " So many inconsistencies ", then he went on to complain that I had friends at Calguns.net who were harassing him Emailing him and telling him to make it right with me ( Hey Friends Thanks I did not know I had friends here)

He actually told the Judge he has made a mistake on the gun... then he tried to tell the judge the gun was only worth $350.00 ( you all know there are no $350.00 Stainless Mark II's in California.) You never know what a Judge will rule but I left feeling confident I made my case. We will get a ruling soon. Oh an d Chaz revealed he has been talking to the ATF since June .. I wonder how those discussions are going?

If Chaz had not screwed me I woudl actually feel sorry for him. I have a bunch of rednecked relatives ... And some of them are pretty close to Bubba. And I love them... Chaz does not impress me as knee high to Bubba.

I think the most amazing thing about this exercise is that any businessman would trade bad will and 32000 people looking at a conversations about bad service rather than just doing what so many sensible folks have advised. "Make the customer whole" Jeopardizing your means to make a living just because you don't want to fix what you messed up... It takes all kinds to make the world , this one kind is new to me. Once the court ruling is settled and i get my expenses paid back, I'm done with this and can move on. 120 days till I'm shooting Gophers in Oregon. Primed 300 more 223 shells this evening. Powder and bullet tomorrow, something to do in the rain. I've done business with at least two of the members on this site and they have offered great service and reasonable prices. Scott at Coyote point, and UG imports. Anthony Pleasure doing business with you. If I win, I promise to use the proceeds to pick up a case of 22lr or a CZ 455 Varmint Combination. 22lr and 22WMR package.

I don't even know this person, Chaz. But what I do find HILARIOUS is the lengths at which he will go to completely humiliate himself with every reply. This is something truly special. I've encountered some record-setting stupidity in my life, but this is a strong contender for first place.
