Just saw it on the news. M1 in a paratrooper stock, Thompson, S&W model 10?...etc. What a shame. The organizers seemed really proud of themselves. All I see is people losing money. If they're stolen I hope they're running the numbers and returning them.

I saw it as well. I did hear the reporter say that they will return items that are found to be stolen. I'm still waiting to get a stolen pistol back. Maybe it will show up but I won't hold my breath.

My sister had a friend In Sacto whose husband died and the lady didn't want his .380 Beretta in the house so she gave it to my sister to dispose of. My sister took it to the cop thing where they take in guns for destruction. This gun was basically brand new. The cop looked at it and gave it back saying she shouldn't destroy such a nice gun.
