No clue at all what the point of starting the thread was, but I just wanted to point out that ebay has never insisted that sellers or buyers use Paypal. They made it so you were no longer allowed to list mailed payments (check, MO, cash) as an acceptable form of payment. They did this knowing it would force most small sellers to take Paypal, since they couldn't afford a merchant account to take plastic. Ebay did try to make Paypal the only acceptable payment on the Australian site, but they lost on that when the government intervened.

Aparrently in July 2015.
I have no idea of what OP is ranting about. I have bought and sold parts and guns using PP.
If OP has an example of an issue, that might be of interest. I don't like PP for one reason, if you are selling and want your money, it takes some time to transfer to your bank. It is in PP float until then. Purchasing is easy.
I have never paid a fee yet. Because my account is tied to my debit card.
.
Sadly, it IS very easy to purchase...7 Billion people on the planet. They aint ALL gonna astronauts. Some will get hit by trains...
Need GOOD SS pins to clean your brass? Try the new and improved model...
And remember- 99.9% of the lawyers ruin it for the other .1%...Comment
