CA DMV does not exchange data with ICE, especially AB-60. The state police do not enforce the immigration laws.

there are also plenty of Canadians who overstay their visas. I've personally known of at least 5 in the past 2 years.

A quick Google search turns up no examples of any non-citizens charged with illegal voting.

His point is probably that people automatically think Hispanic when they hear illegal immigrant. Which is somewhat understandable due to sheer numbers. Also illegal Canadians don't seem to be causing the social and economic problems south of the border illegals cause.

I once was having a conversation with a Canadian at an AZ gun show that did not know me from Adam he was telling me stuff about buying ammo and stuff in the USA which I found odd since he had no idea who I am. IMO, any elected city, county, or state officials that decree their jurisdiction a Sanctuary against deportation. Should themselves be charged with Federal Immigration Crimes and arrested without Qualified Immunity.

Just as Emperor O-hole should have been arrested for his illegal EOs granting immunity from deportation to 800,000 illegals.
