        A bill with this content would have to be introduced and then passed.

        It has not yet happened in CA. It can't begin until January - when the new session can begin introducing bills.

        Then remember that the supporters of this bill are essentially those who would make money selling the machinery and other tech to the ammo manufacturers - who vehemently do not want it. It is NOT about safety; it is NOT about solving crimes: it's about MONEY, and when this next pops up, that needs to be the primary line of attack.
