Im not sure if under the Castle laws if thats true. It probably is here in hippyland, but in many places in free America if your on my property and I feel threatened and you do not leave I believe thats is a legit SD situation.
According to the prosecutor, the Colorado law protects a homeowner who uses deadly force to repel an intruder, if the homeowner believes that the intruder intends to commit a crime. The law is based on the so-called "Castle Doctrine," which holds that a homeowner is justified in using deadly force to protect his home, i.e., his "castle."
Colorado did not join many other these states in expanding the scope of the "Make my Day" law to include incidents occurring outside the home. These statutes are often referred to as "stand your ground" laws because they authorize the use of deadly force anywhere, if a person feels another person poses a threat of violence.

No one is talking about being a bad ***, we are talking about defending ones self and your family. Why is it that so many people believe that fighting for and protecting yourself is wrong? Have you become so de-balled here in hippy land that the very idea of someone not backing down from a threat is seen not as the right thing to do but instead is seen as some sort of macho thuggery?
For pitys sake folks, grow a pair already.
