Product descriptions are basically cut-and-pasted from the manufacturer's product page or product spec sheet. Blame the manufacturer.

If Midway is off the list, he can always shop at Cheaper Than Dirt.

Did you write Larry? I think he actually cares about customer dissatisfaction.

There shipping use to be expensive but in the last year they restructured the way and cost of shipping. Now they are very reasonable shipping charges on items I have ordered.

If it is a defective part contact the manufacture.
Get a life and quit whining...As you can see most here do not want to hear it. Also your precious EMS status

Look Hunter. I didn't intend for the thread to come off as me being " Whinny" I was simply trying to inform members of an issue I had with a vendor. Instead you wrote a condescending remark, which I found to be out of line.

How did you not expect a negative remark? Moving along it's that type of attitude were we " eat our own" is doing damage to this forum and the firearms
            community.

Also let me note that both times, Midway simply told me to keep the incorrect item, rather than ship it back to them. Bottom line..... Midway is the 800 pound gorilla.... better to work with them, than against them.

I did contact them. They suggested a few products and the Pro-Shot was one of them. They also told me they didn't have return labels, that it's to be shipped back " via the most economical means".

Kind of like you did with Midway???? There have been several gun stores around me that have closed and no NEW ones to replace them. My local gun store turned into a grocery market.

I've shopped there for almost 10 years and never had a problem.
Because they have over inflated opinions of themselves, and believe that somehow their one dissatisfied transaction with a nationwide retailer entitles them to expose their whiny nature all over the internet....

                  It's all about them.... Sad.

I got a product that was bad. Ended up getting them to cover the return postage after I argued with them. Rather than crediting the amount back to my credit card they issued a credit I had x time to use. Didn't use it haven't bought there since.
