yeah; been run through a sizer.

They might claim its because they wanted to resize the neck after pulling the bullet so you can't win.

Its not necessary, in my experience, to need to resize after pulling 5.56 bullets but they can say that why they did it...

then they washed the brass and did a bad job...

So I received a response from their customer service:

That is New ammunition. The dents are caused from the loading machines. As for the discoloration it is because the cases are annealed so that will be the reason for the discoloration. The cases are New.
I'm skeptical but will probably just run them through... To their credit they did offer to let me send the rounds back...

If you are not wanting the rounds and would rather send them back please let us know so we can take care of this.
So kudos to their customer service!

I dunno if thats the point. He paid for new ammo. If they are pulling the bullet and re sizing they might as well call them reloads. Reloads they sell are cheaper.

I just went back to the product page and looked at the image there... it's right on the money with what they sent me - so I guess new or not I got exactly what was advertised...

The irony is if you look at the other 5.56 Reman ammo they look to be in way better shape than the new rounds...

I bought 1k of Fed. American Eagle xm193 55gr in 10rnd stripper clipsfrom PSA. Most of the rounds looks like that and a few have small dents. My first 200 rounds went without a hickup.

They are just annealed unpolished cases, just like you'd get from Federal Lake City. It you prefer polished cases, you can spend more money, and get nothing for it (except pretty cases).

I'm sorry, I thought we were talking about Milsurp ammo.

That dent is nothing. I've bought factory sealed Lake City ammo that looked much worse.
