This is "old" news. (Okay not really old - but all this was announced six days ago.)

OSHA has not dropped the mandate - they still list it on their website: they are simply obeying the temporary stay on their moving forward to enforce it.

This headline and others I have seen today make it sound like OSHA pulled their Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS.) My understanding is that OSHA is still pursuing the ETS and fighting the suits in the courts and confident they will be victorious.

In order for this to pass, years of case law and the Constitution need to be ignored. If that ends up happening, then there is NO law.

Insinuating? They're doing it. And they said why in their emails. Fortune 500 companies. Global size.

Emailed all employees day of and/or next day commenting why - because of the 5th Circuit Court combined with OSHA pulling back.

There is not much more to tell. They did that and said why, because of the developments of the 5th Circuit Court and OSHA's 'temporary' hold on it.

In writing. Plain and clear. With graphics.

I'm not sure what more you want or need to hear?

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?

Well, Xi Jinping won’t like this one bit. OSHA will get an angry phone call soon, in a Mandarin accent.

If this were a TRUE emergency, why announce the mandate in September but put the deadline in January, four month out? The answer may be the availability of the drug so I'll ask a second question. Why mandate for companies with more than 100 people, but not the smaller companies. Does Covid do a passover type of effect for the small company?
