Phase IV always comes after deployment. Phase III is long duration compared to the timeline that all observed vaccine problems have followed in the past, viz., a few months. This doesn't seem "long" to critics, but that's no fault of the process.

I've addressed all of your concerns in my thread on the Pfizer safety data. Dr. Ruben, in particular, is being quoted out of context -- specifically, he's referring to safety events that are so rare they cannot be sensed by any reasonably sized study. You should dig into it a little, your comments are all familiar.
