He has more balls than the current crop of senior leaders in aerospace, caving so easily to brandon and in so doing, with an apparent air of breathless excitement (they all quickly followed Raytheon's lead). They'll formally reprimand him for inappropriate use of company resources, put him on probation (meaning he'll be terminated immediately if he steps out of line again), and zero his bonus or raise this year and next.
If he had done it to organize a strike or some other consequential action then there could have at least been some offsetting benefit. As it is it was just a dumb, childish move.

For what it's worth, my company has 30% non-compliance for vaccine. Lower levels of Management are in panic mode because they know it's impossible to replace those people in any timely way. Plus, the brain drain due to senior people walking will never be made up...

Unless you think this is complete bull crap, why redact the name of the company in the part of the email you posted. Call them out for what they are and what they're doing just like every other company. Rather than posting their name which could lead to massive loss of business due to consumer boycott, you literally accomplished nothing with the post by keeping them protected
