Employee Just Emailed CEO and BCC'd over 100K Employees

I work at a large aerospace company, and an employee just emailed the CEO and BCC'd the whole company of over 100,000 people explaining why he won't get the jab and will walk come Dec.

Basically called out the executives for not following their own training cliches of listening to everyone. Tomorrow Ill be waiting for the email from HR telling everyone not to do that anymore.

They'll formally reprimand him for inappropriate use of company resources, put him on probation (meaning he'll be terminated immediately if he steps out of line again), and zero his bonus or raise this year and next.
If he had done it to organize a strike or some other consequential action then there could have at least been some offsetting benefit. As it is it was just a dumb, childish move.
