Good for you, did you all get little buttons to wear once you took the poison?Got the shots, arm was a bit tender for a day or two, nothing else. No fever, no pain, no illness, it was similar to when I receive my annual flu shots.
My company has a 100% " I received the shots" rate - yes, everyone. Btw, we are a company of 50-60% PhDs in biology.

50% or more PHD's? Proof positive that no matter how papered you are with degrees, it doesn't mean squat in relation to intelligence, or the ability to utilize logic and common sense.
This Iv'e known my entire adult life.
Follow those who understand the science? Is that what they brainwashed you with? because it sounds pre-programmed. Yeah, right over the cliff into the grave.

COVID and vaccines aside, nowadays Degrees has very little measure on one's intelligence. You shouldn't rely your judgements and decisions on a simple degree. There are many other factors involved.Got the shots, arm was a bit tender for a day or two, nothing else. No fever, no pain, no illness, it was similar to when I receive my annual flu shots.

J&J three months ago.
Nearly put me on my azz the first five minutes, then I was ok. Maybe I don't take shots well though.
Wife a little later and no issues.
Nearly 97 year old mother got it I think about a week ago, no issues so far.

Moderna - myself, wife, many others to count ( friends and family ).
Pfizer - also too many others to count ( friends and family ).
Sore arm the only side effect for everybody except a few who claimed that they felt so sick they had to stay in bed all day afterwards, but those also are the ones in our family who are prone to feeling that bad from food poisoning, etc (IOW they are the wimpy ones).
J&J, only two family members, no side effects at all. This was a great shot for the really old people who have a hard time getting out of the house (80+). Risk is already low since they don't go anywhere, and it would've been a total pain to cart them around twice. They got their shots courtesy of the US military and they were highly disciplined and efficient.Entreprise Arms - FFL 07 manufacturer of CA-Legal FAL type rifles in Baldwin Park, CA.

I got the single J&J shot back in March. Sore arm and flu like symptoms the following day, fine after that. No big deal.Comment

I got it in March( Moderna) . Had one day after second shot not feeling well, but after that all good.Comment

I got Pfizer, my wife got Moderna. No issues with the first shot of either, other than some arm soreness a little worse than the usual flu shot.
We both had a strong reaction to the second shot starting about 12 hours later: body aches, chills, and headache that lasted another 12-16 hours. Most of my friends and relatives 35 and under mention similar reactions.
No lingering effects after that first 24-36 hours following the second shot.

Broke up last year during the pandemic , but she graduated from UC Davis with flying colors, got her master's at 24 and hired to teach high school students right after, yep she teaches your kids, but good news is she puts the kids first before herself meaning she is a listener, not a talker. Also, I'm not right , wrong or left, but pretty open-minded, so she got a taste of that...
We definitely didn't get along, I ran on EQ and she ran on IQ. Anywho, she graduated for genetics and one thing that stood out for me during the pandemic was her statements , this is way before the crazy time as we know it now. The vaccine was just a suggestion. She stated while watching the news about this;
1) This vaccine is stupid because it's just going to cause mutations.
2) If people keep washing their hands like this, they are going to get really sick sometime.
I do pray for her though , because I'm positive she got the jab to keep her job to feed her family. at the same time I remember her getting sick 2-3 times a month being around them kids..
Not really answering your question, but she's the closest virologist, teachers physiology and biology to 9th-12th graders , she is highly intelligent but chooses that over common sense due to the "guilt" trip of society of her peers, or even me during the relationship. No matter how bad it end, she saved my life probably due to this statements.
Hope this adds value to this..Last edited by deerdeerdeer; 09-20-2021, 12:14 PM.Comment
