But to appease you no, it's not ok with me. What's your point of that to the OP's topic other than to hijack this thread?
No, it's not just semantics and by calling anyone "anti-vaxxers" is admitting that your fell into the liberal line of attack. Aborted fetuses has much to do with topic, some people deciding to take the shots don't even know this.

As a Christian, I say NO.

      Holy Derail batman!!!

Anyone remember that old commercial with a huge empty beach. One person sits down on a beach chair only a feet away from a stranger also in another beach chair. And he looks around and wonders with this huge beach why are you sitting right next to me???

Well, you have this entire subforum to yourselves.. So far this has derailed to "gun confisciations", Breezy wants longitudinal studies, and apparently we are as low as newsom. Why the need to sit in this thread/chair/urinal, when the entire beach/bathroom is yours? Can't we have one thread where we can just discuss the question at hand?

      Any whoo...

I already described my vaccine experience. When my wifey got Pfizer, her first shot she had a pretty sore arm. The second one her arm was even more sore, that for a few days the soreness limited her mobility in her shoulders. But it eventually went back to normal. Technically I am describing a 3rd person perspective but I think we've gone off the rails anyway.

Whether you like it or not, what I've stated is the truth. Gun confiscations are small potatoes compared to forced vaccinations.

Good, as a Christian you have every right for yourself not to get it.

But the OP's question was simply about who has gotten the jab and what their experience was like, not much else than that.

If you want to inform other's about the topic of vaccines linked to abortion, go for it. Make a new thread, you'd probably get more views and in-depth discussion and I'm sure it would be an informative read.
You're just as free to do so as the OP should be free to ask for answers to their own individual question about first hand accounts from the one's who have gotten the vax without it always veering off to something else.

Not at all. I'm trying to help you get your message out to more viewers. And I also said the OP "should" be free to ask not "must" be free to ask. But there is a general forum rule about hi-jacking threads which I'll leave up to the Mods to decide.

And with that I'm out. Perhaps OP, you'll get more first hand experiences to the question you're looking for to help you make the personal decision you feel that’s right for you.

Got Pfizer back in April. 1st shot, Slightly sore arm for a day, slight headache for about 6 hours and was really tired for a couple days. 2nd shot, a little tired for about 24 hours. Wife had about the same as me but in reverse order, both mid 50s in really good shape, no medical conditions.

I got the Moderna shot back in April and May. First shot really no symptoms. Second shot after about 24 hours had a bad headache and fatigue for a good 24 hours or so and that was pretty much it for me. Arm was sore at injection for a couple days as well

If your employer tells you to take the shots or you are fired, and you don't want to take the shots, but you do it....well then that makes you coward. That's a clear definition of a coward right? I mean come on, if that's not cowardly, then what is? I mean seriously, you might as well give up on life and stop trying to breath if you are willing to stoop that low. If that's not cowardice, you tell me what is.

My point exactly, just speaking plainly.

The anti-vaxxers shaming people for getting it are just as bad as the vaxxers shaming people for not getting it. It's like both sides have this obsession and just can't help themselves but to tell other's what to do with their lives.

Personally, I will never try to convince anyone to get the jab or not. Same as wearing a mask. If you feel it's right for you, go for it. If you don't, then don't. It's none of my business.
I believe in the principals in which this country was founded upon...Freedom to make your own decisions. What someone chooses to do with their own personal lives in taking the vax or not has no impact on me whatsoever and I won't try to coerce them one way or the other. You do You.

Most likely yes. But not in a thread called “First person experience with the vaccine?”

I think I know why the usual covid 19 sub forum members are piling in and derailing this thread. All the other threads here are the same people and talking in an echo chamber. Any voice of dissent and that person is labeled sheep, commie or coward. This one of the few threads where outsiders are actually commenting. And yet the same thing we will all get chased away.

Back to the echo chamber it will he again
