David Knight was pointing out that the Comirnaty probably won't be available in the US since there would be liability.

So the bait and switch is 100%. Good news for those under mandates, hang tough and insist on the Comirnaty. This may all be over before it becomes available.

Pfizer probably did this "legally separate and distinct" product labeling to avoid liability yet still claim FDA approval. But it gives everyone a good reason not to take it and the others.
