I guess all the "my body, my choice" BS really was just BS even to them.

If you think anybody cares what happens to a city employee who has chosen to suck on the Communist teat hoping for good bennies and fat pensions you are so wrong.

We walk the hard path of Personal Freedom, and reject the idea of a city that hates the Mighty 2nd, and pity the weak who choose to work for a monster that has turned a great city into a $#ithole. We remember our Brothers whose businesses had to close to satisfy the San Francisco quest for Covid piety.

Take your jab and put your two masks and a face shield on. That’s the path you chose to get your fat-cat status as a city employee. You big shots who sneer at the private sector, have no right to complain about your bosses lording even more power over their subjects.

We have taken the punches from the city for decades and now we are sitting on the sidelines laughing at you clowns—so important, so productive, so necessary, so……bitch take your jab.

Don't we always say, "Hope for the best but prepare for the worst?"

The vaccine status in CA is a perfect example of that scenario.
No threats of punishment, but "decline to state" is inferred as "not vaccinated" by my company. Not vaccinated = wear mask.

All this talk of "experimental medication" is just setting the foundation to truly force you to take it once they decide its no longer experimental... You're basically saying thats the only reason you won't take it....

                      for some, it is.

Same goes for the "no existing gun law would have prevented this shooting"... that just affirms their desire to enact more.

                        Yup, same concept.

My answer is "no" whether or not it is considered experimental. My body my choice.

Anyone who has kids should understand this. If you explain your position they will argue a way around it. The answer simply has to be no with no explanation or qualifier. In this case, for a free person, such a thing is not required no matter how much the people that think they own you demand it.

                          yep.

Entering into a "discussion" is futile. That's the left's go-to every time - with the expectation of 'compromise'.

Let's just cut to the chase... "No".

Able sent out a questionare to all employees asking if they are vaccinated. Atleast 10 engineers who are not vaccinated told me that they were going to lie and say they are. The numbers are skewed and if it looks like 90% are vaccinated due to people lying, the rest will be forced to take the shot. Then the people who lied will be forced to take the shot when they can't produce proof.

People need to grow some balls and stand up to this. Half of the guys I know who did get the shot didn't want it but said that we will be forced too at some point anyway so they got stuck. Some of them even already had covid.

                            I'm not taking this.

When an officer "can't be expected to know the entire penal code", but a citizen is held to "ignorance is no excuse", this is equivalent to ME being able to sue my patient for my own malpractice-after all, the patient should have known better, right?

I smoked for almost 30 years.

Sometimes, some 'do gooder' would ask me why I smoke, and point out the dangers of it and blah blah blah,.... wanting a "discussion" (one way of course)

the second time that happened to me... I figured it out.... and when they asked "why do you smoke?"

I replied, "It makes me look cool."

Throw them a loop so hard, they dont know how to respond and shut up and walk away for the win!!!!
