These hotspots may look like we're having a second wave, but we're not. This is why it's important to trust television media commentators like Larry Kudlow, with proven experiences working for successful and well respected firms like Bear Stearns, to interpret confusing graphs and charts for us.

I am not too worried about a wave of infections. It's hospitalizations that we ought to keep an eye on and make sure they don't get overwhelmed. Aye caramba, this virus is ruining my summer!

It's ruining everyone's summer. I had an awesome trip to France German and Italy planned and yeah those plans went bye bye. Probably just camp for 2 weeks in the middle of nowhere up in the mountains this summer for my big vacation. Do a lot of fishing.

Yeah, I just hope they don't close the ocean (not beaches) again. Like, if they shut down the beach, at least let people walk from their car across the sand into the water to go surfing. No one is going to spread the virus to other surfers in the ocean.

My summer has not actually been ruined, I am still going hiking and swimming, I did have a big trip tentatively planned and put it on hold until next year.

This is another example of why the media doesn't know how to interpret data. They will look at this graph and say, "look at our 40,000 positive tests when we had only around 20,000 positives a few weeks ago" but they don't understand that the most important thing is that we are way lower than we were in March and April and we will be avoiding a economic tragedy. Mission accomplished and we have successfully reduced our positivity rate by a factor of five. It may look like we are going up because we went from 20,000 to 40,000, but we are not.
