The only downside to a pistol grip on a Mossberg is the safety becomes difficult to use. I have this same setup on my 590 and like it a lot. I store it with 8 in the tube, nothing in the chamber, and safety off.

Also, I purchased on the 19th, I thought I would be able to pick up on the 29th but the paperwork says the 30th. Is that right?
