Any Other Weapon.

Is there a sticky, or a thread, that explains what Any Other Weapon is, and what this "stamp" business is all about? I've been a member here for some time, and a gun owner for decades in Taxifornia, and I've never encountered these terms.

I don't want to hijact this thread; surely this has been written about somewhere on the CalGuns site?

exactly. but could you imagine the drama at CADOJ if he did get it tested, it passed, and they had to list it on the roster. If they refused, that would be a fun lawsuit, them refusing to list a CA-legal firearm that passed the roster test.

And yes, I don't even know if any of the testing facilities even have an SOT, so it might be moot. But that's another lawsuit angle, even being prohibited from having your otherwise CA-legal firearm prohibited from being on the roster because there are no testing facilities in the country legally allowed to test it.

I'd donate $100 towards the testing just to see it listed and/or help the roster go down in flames.

pretty much 7 months to the day. i dont remember the exact date i started the paperwork, but i know it was after the 20th of october

heres pictures i took back in october of the keg 12 from OC Amory. i had them change the pistol grip to the one in the 2nd picture. it was more comfortable in my hand than the original grip.

Thanks for the link, Simply115. This is amazing silliness in the regs. Why, there's no telling what someone could do with a smoothbore pistol, that is, if they could hit anything with it. They left baseball bats off the AOW list, and also frying pans in the hands of enraged housewives!
