Looks like it would, I seem to have more of a problem with the drop at comb and heel.
Even with the ACE it has no drop.

That's something we never understood about the FN TPS. The stock elevation seems to be simply too high for most people to use the iron sights.

Our first telescoping stock adapters, based on AR-15 geometry, were way too high. So they can only be used with rail mounted optics.

When we designed our Low-tube adapters, we kept experimenting to see how much we would have to lower the stock elevation to be able to use the iron sights. We had to lower the stock a full inch.

The FN TPS stock is somewhere between our High- and Low-tube. We just don't see how it can work without the optics. But it does, for some people.

This has always confused me, my recently bought 500a really doesnt have that much recoil, at least to me. maybe im just recoil proof. i would shoot my 500 all day if not for the cost of ammo, obviously.

Really? I switched to my friends semi auto browning and it was like holding a feather while firing.

I have this Norinco 98 which I picked up at Big 5 a few years ago for $149 on sale. It is basically a Remington 870 with ghost sights. I think it looks cool and it works like a shot gun should.

I have machined your Winchester 1300 low tube adapter to make it fit a FN TPS (good amount of work). I like the feel much better, it puts the sights very close to my ideal elevation. I think 1.5 inches would be perfect.

The factory set up was all wrong if you needed to use the iron sights.
