    Buy an O/U

Over/Unders are more reliable than semi-autos. If you compete, it is one less thing to worry about, so you can concentrate on the game.

Get a 30" barrel and removable chokes, then the gun is good for sporting clays and trap, too.

      Have fun.
I do love shooting pumps for skeet too!!

whichever one you prefer...and depends on the amount you will be shooting. some guns will hold up better and last longer than other guns such as beretta and remington vs stoeger

I'll throw in a vote for CZ. I have the redhead o/u. It's a lot of gun for the money, it's got great weight and is a pleasure to shoot and if you do a web search for CZ shotguns you will find page after page of owners saying the same thing. In fact I'm eyeballing a CZ Ringneck SxS in 20ga at my local shop, they have it on sale for $699! So tempting.

Anyway, here is a less then stellar pic of my 12ga. I had picked up and shouldered about 30 guns before I tried the CZ. I tried all the citoris and what not, nothing felt right. This felt like it was custom made for me
