    Kel-Tec shotty available in CA?

Will I ever be able to purchase the Kel-Tec KSG shotgun in this wretched state?

If you want a shotty, why not buy a Remy or a Mossy? That's what my mommy shoots.

I handled the ksg at shot show and while it seemed nice my mossberg 500 seems better. You can even get long barrels for the 7+1 model giving it more usability. Plus the pump handle on the ksg is huge making it a bit awkward to hold even with my xxl glove size hands.

My thought, cant believe they haven't rolled anyone yet.

If you don't think this state is majorly F-ed you're kidding yourself.

I didn't even pay attention to them this year. I did fondle a few at SHOT 2011 and they did seem awkward and clunky. It was a neat idea and a good attempt but lacked a little in the final execution.

IMHO the entire reasoning behind the extra tube of shells is negated by the user having to remember to throw the switch and re-rack the gun. The amount of training that would take to get used to is just silly. Especially when you can probably buy a very potent pistol and holster in addition to a mossy 500 for about the same amount of dough that these silly things are going to cost...

It was a neat idea and the -best- part is the bullpup design that allows you to shoulder a 28" OAL shotgun. That said, if they put some low profile sights on it, not freakin' AR sights and did away with one of the tubes, then sold them for around $350... Well maybe then I would be interested. Eh, shotty. Heh.

Serious question: Why get your panties in a bunch over a word? It doesn't bother me when people say "clip" when they mean "magazine," it doesn't even bother me when people say "ga-RAND" instead of "GAIR-und." I know what they mean, you know what he means. Really, what gives?
