What is it with everyone and the whole trigger thing? This gun has been sitting in the shop for a loong time. Ive dry fired it at least 10 times before taking the photo. I know where the gun has been. I understand that it is to prevent accidents, but why such a big deal?

Deadly habit to get into having your finger on the trigger.

                          Nice shotgun. Congrats

Practicing unsafe handling leads to performing unsafe handling in stressful situations, where you revert to what you've practiced. Proper handling is an every time responsibility, for your own sake as well as others'. I can be pretty sure that your sights aren't aligned on a target and backstop that you've positively identified as being willing to destroy in that picture...

You work in a gun shop? And you are cool with finger on the trigger?

"But it wasn't loaded!" Rule #1 Every gun is loaded, every time, every day.

Anyway...congrats on your christmas gift. You definitely have a cool boss.
