12/16/2011 Skeet Clinic ... Looking good!!

I stopped by the clinic for about 15 minutes in the afternoon. My new job prevents me from participating. The students all look good and some big pump action dude shooting doubles looks really good!!

Tell us about today's clinic guys!

For the record, the double you saw me hit was the only one I hit all day. Now that I've internalized a lot of coach's advice, my brain is free to make me rush things and go too quickly.

Their were... 4 first timers there today, and they all shot the lights out. The "experienced students" were bringing up the rear all day.

Beautiful weather, and it was so strange to look at the 60 and see it completely empty.

Looking forward to the next time i can attend.

The first timers were indeed impressive.

I have been at a couple of clinics where the more experienced shooters shot a round after the clinic ended. The first timers were doing so good, Coach took us all for a round during the clinic.

Edit: I forgot to mention that coach was in a really good mood yesterday. He didn't yell (very much) at anyone yesterday. Could it be the holiday spirit?

I am sorry to hear that Coach did not live up to your expectations.

It is my fault because last Saturday, he expended all of his verbal energy on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So blame me, if you feel you were slighted.

What an awesome time!! It was great meeting all the CalGunners. The class was unbelievable.. I took my brother in law (Eric) along and he had a great time also, even though we did not shoot our guns.. Mine and his were full choke. I shot my brothers Auto5 that I brought along but found out near the end of the class the choke in that was too small also.. We both learned alot and will definitly be back again with a new choke for the Auto5. I have some pictures on my phone I will upload later. Thanks for all your support!! The coach was great also!!!! Thank you for providing such a class where us regular joes can get top notch lessons!! By the way we were 2 of the newbies..
