Brandon7766, see the sticky on this section of the forum. BJL333 runs a skeet clinic which you can go to , and he'll even have shotguns you can use to see what suits you better. Likewise, what some said, you can definitely shoot skeet with your Saiga, but if you get into it, and some ranges i know have restrictions, might need to get a longer barreled SG.

One day, I'd like to see some kind of research on how many home-defense confrontations involve moving from cover to cover, tactical reloads, an enemy that coordinates movement with cover fire, etc... and how many are 'grab gun, shoot down hallway, check family, call cops'.

I'm not much of a collector, I'd rather have two guns that I'm an expert with then a dozen that I use for limited things. General familiarity and all that.

heck, I have to check to see if BBB allows #6 shot. If they do, I think I can use FliteControl shells to play at Trap without a choke. ;-)

      BTW....love your tagline. That's hilarious.
Thanks! I stole it from someone... I'm not that imaginative. ;-)

I highly suggest the clinic as well...

I've written up my ongoing adventures as I learn to hunt.

Yes, you CAN fit a case of shotgun shells into a .50cal ammo can.

I think i found an optimal solution for ammo can labeling.

I made this target for the NRA's Marksman pistol test. I think it's a lot better than the paper plate they suggest.

From that little test they have you do at the pro shop, I believe the minimum size shot they allow is 7.5.
