Semi-Auto 12 Guage

I've had a M4 and a S12. I'd much rather have the M4 for numerous reasons, HD being one of them. The M4 feels much tighter and easier on my shoulder with a Limbsaver recoil pad. Both were very reliable, and the S12 is still very fun to shoot. And you will always get a ton of looks at the range when shooting the S12.... if that's what you're going for


As for the price difference, sure the Saiga is obviously cheaper. But once you convert it and buy extra parts for it, the price gets up there pretty quick. You definitely cannot buy 4 x S12's for 1 x M4, but maybe 2 of them for 1 x M4.

I also used the same Limbsaver recoil pad on the S12, and it also felt good but you could still feel a difference when putting 50 rounds of 00 buckshot through each of them in one quick session. IMO and from my own experience, the M4 felt much better to use when shooting that much. But then you pay a huge difference for it, so if you're just looking for the better deal, then the S12 will do you just fine. I'm never said the S12 wasn't worth it, but if I had to choose between the two, I'd get the M4 all over again.

The size 'Small' Limbsaver slip-on recoil pad fits the M4 stock perfectly. It also fits the SuperNova Tactical pistol grip stocks perfectly as well.
