Looking at the Alliant web site, Reloader's Guide section, I don't see any 3/4oz load using Red Dot. They are all 7/8 or more.
For 3/4oz I'd probably use Extra-Lite, 15 grains, depending on hull, wad and primer.

That puts you right around 1200 fps with 7/8 oz. so a bit faster with 3/4oz. Consensus is that 3/4 oz loads pattern better with some speed, so I'd say it's about right (though Extra Lite is likely a better powder for the light payload).

Personally, I've stuck with 7/8 (#9) for skeet and 1 oz (#8) for trap with the same charge of Titewad for each, only changing the wad (pink and grey)

Back in 1988 my reloading buddy died of a stroke we had shared cost on all components both shotgun & rifle/pistol loading I ended up with everything and had more Bullseye powder then I'd ever shoot at 3 grains a round, then found a article in American Rifleman where they were loading 12 ga 7/8 oz with Bullseye powder I shot up a 8 pound can of it using that data but man was it dirty only used it in my O/U's but it was good to go. These were 1200 fps if I remember correctly. did a good job at skeet which I shot a lot of then.

I have loaded just shy of 500 shells. I have tried 13.1 grains powder, 17.1 grains powder today and will try 14.9 grains tomorrow. Both the 13.1 and 17.1 were using the same components mentioned before, but the 14.9 grain powder load I will try 1oz 9shot. Remington shells (specifically STS, gun club) work the best. I just picked up a couple of AA shells and they worked nice in the press. Will test those tomorrow.

Rem STS hulls are very close to Win AA's both can be reloaded many times.

I have old style AA hulls (dull Red and Silver) that I have reloaded 8-10 times!

These are now being turned into my Tactical Loads so I don't have to pick them up. Red is #8 Bird Shot, Silver is Pumpkin Balls, and my Green STS hulls are for Buckshot.

Your loads are relatively light so your only consideration is how the crimp closes, and that is usually contingent on the height of the payload in the hull.

Keep at it, you're doin' good. You should be hooked by now.
