                When LEO pulls out a shotty it means there is a crazy Iraq war vet running around naked with a pocket knife. They probably hit them with a couple bean bags and taze the crap outta them.

                But when a private citizen needs a shotgun its because a crazy methhead just kicked in the front door. Hit them with alternating shots of 00 buck and slugs. 2 3/4" shells because the average shotgun holds 4 shells in the magazine and 1 in the chamber. One shot should drop them pretty quick style.

                If its a zombie acopalypse scenario mag dump and reach for an AR or AK.
