If you saw her shoot in person you would shake your head. She whips that heavyweight O/A like drinking straw over and over for hours. I have tried to replicate what she does after she leaves the field and I am toast after 10 min.

She had shot a Perazzi. I remember my friend told me how it got stolen out of her car about 10 years ago while shopping. They got it back later when police found it in someone's home. It was the one she learned on and stuck with.

Oops, just saw this. It's been a while - before the last Olympics actually. Didn't realize the switch, but I don't really follow too closely. I'm friends with her husband and I don't ask too much about his wifey since I'm sure he gets bombarded with those questions often. A lot of my close friends have dealt with her family through the years and only have positive things to say (as do I). That's good to know, especially with someone promoting our sport and 2A rights.

In Olympic trap, you get two shots during singles.

Ya some guns got stolen. They were replaced. The guns got recovered but she'd already mastered the new ones...and the old one were a bit long in the tooth.

she actually also visits Prado Olympic Shooting Range too. she was shooting there (at least on the saturday/sunday) before the olympics started.

Not because their facilities are top notch, but because there are random gusts of wind and the machines aren't kept in the best shape so each throw isn't always the same.
