How does one actually obtain ammo at Wal-Mart?

I tried going today to my local Wal-Mart to get some 22LR, both BrassBadger and the Wal-Mart website said they have it in stock. Got there, nothing was available.

Is there a way to set up an e-mail notification of when something becomes available?

Go in the day before and ask whats on their delivery list. Ask questions as to what they have been getting and what is expected on the next shipment. Then you could go in early when they open. I dont shoot 22LR but I have seen em come in. 9mm is starting to stay on the shelves. Some Walmarts have lifted the 3 box max.

My Walmart according to Brassbadger got in 325 Federal and 1000 Winchester M22 at around 9:00PM tonight. I am 100% sure it will be there at 9:00 in the Morning.

I know some peoples Brassbadger may be inaccurate sometimes, but mine is never wrong. If it says it is in the night before, it is.

I live in a more rural area. Maybe that helps..Probably will not get any, but nice to know it is coming in more often though.
