      Got my mosquito today

It's been a great gun so far....continues to perform with cci products and fired 50 rounds of Norma Tac 22 without any issues. It previously hiccuped on Norma.

I clean it after each session and there doesn't appear to be any wear.

After reading that removing the mag disconnect will improve the trigger, I will likely be exploring that option.

Looks like I forgot to mention that mine is a reverse two tone also.

Lube applied check. Works great - I got no complaints.

You must be referring to another?

Mine will shoot any ammo I feed it. Guess it is hit or miss.

I don't have a mosquito but have a P226 with the .22lr conversion kit which is probably as close as you can get. I have about 1000 rounds through it with Remington Subsonics with 1 FTF. an hour or so before I shoot I keep the slide in the open position to compress the spring. Also the night before I lube up a little and just work the slide back and forth a bunch of times. You can 'almost' feel the spring loosen up as you do this. The biggest problem i noticed on mine is that the rails would bind the first time I installed the slide due to somewhat sharp edges so I knew I had to break it in not just by shooting only but just working the slide. It really helped and I'm shooting crap ammo. I have a few boxes of CCI mini mags but those are like gold that you save for a rainy day.

Congrats OP. Ignore the hate that so many people throw down about the little biter. When mine was brand new she was very picky about the ammo she got fed. Now that she's broken in things are all good. The only time I've had issues was when I didn't lube her up.
It was not a threat. It was an exaggerated response to an uncompromising stance. I was taught never to make a threat unless you are prepared to carry it out and I am not a fan of carrying anything. Even watching other people carrying things makes me uncomfortable. Mainly because of the possibility they may ask me to help.

I run Remington bulk ammo in my Mosquito and it runs sweet.
