No 22 ammo at Walmart???

Anybody noticed that Walmart has not been getting 22lr for a few weeks now? Just one case here and there and over a week of nothing. Another 22 shortage? There was always 22 at Walmart, even during the last craze.

Where is this Walmart?! I haven't seen any .22 @ my local Wallyworld's in a looong time.

I have not seen .22 in a looooong time. I scored 3 boxes of 333 rounds about 5 months ago. That was the last time I saw any. I haven't seen 38 sp either.

As others have implied, the .22 shortage never abated. At least I was able to score a box of 333 Winchester White Box. Normally "score" and WWB don't mix, but for .22, I'll take what I can get.

I was getting weekly. You just need to be there when they open. You guys just never got up early enough to look.

Big cities? Like my area (OC) notha unless you line up at 6am and wait in line with the guys who are there 4 times a week reselling it still.

Careful op. Most people here will consider you some kinda hoarder flipper evil doer for getting up early enough to actually find 22 ammo. Wont be long before somebody accuses you of being the whole cause of the shortage.

Well, he has sold .22LR in the marketplace for more than what you'd pay at Wal-Mart...

ive been on the early morning ammo hunt at walmarts for about18 months now. 22 deliveries have been at the most ,sporadic. here we had 100 round boxes about 10 days ago and prior to that it was exactly 14 days before any showed up. typically if and when it shows up you best be there waiting when they bring it out at 7 am. i go on average 4 days a week at opening time for ammo sales and ive only gotten 22 twice since may. i do know that federal bulk came in during this timeperiod but it came on mornings i didnt show up. if its this hard for me to find 22 it most assuredly makes it all but impossible for the folks who meander in at any time during the day .

I can get 22 @ Walmart pretty much anytime I need. I just haven't needed for a while
