    Rimfire Pistol replacement

    I am looking for opinion.

    My criteria is:
    1. Under $300, under $250 is best.
    2. Able to eat all ammo it is fed
    3. adjustable rear sight
    4. Lite weight
    5. NOT Competition grade
    6. Easy to handle controls
    7. NO MODS Needed
    8. No revolver

Here is my question: With Ruger boning CA selling off stock, announcing dropping pistols from roster and making tons of cash. Basically being A-Holes.

We currently use 22/45's to train beginner Women Shooters for Women OnTarget program.
I have 6 but planned on buying 6 more over the year.
With Ruger being greedy, I won't be able to. So what other rimfire pistol can I buy that will fit the need?
    Refer to criteria above.

Not sure where and have nothing to back it up but I was told the HP22 may be off roster now.

I had one for a bit and it was very finicky. The only thing that would consistently run was CCI.

Find five (5) more CGSSA members to buy one with you.
