Looks like the M-22 is now gone.

    Back again.

I don't have the M22's on on my link, would someone mind sending me a PM so I can add them?

Nevermind....added from JD's link, thank you. Was able to pick up a box after coupons and rebates (from calling Cabelas) for $21.51.

That should help weed out most of the rif-raf from other boards and get some normalcy back to this thread.

There's really no reason not to just post burner links occasionally with instructions on how people can make their own copy.

I think we just need a couple more normal days like this morning with people sucking down M22 and Blazers before people calm down a bit. Nothing has changed, guys...

Oh, and re: M-22 - I feel about it about like I do the Remington. Not great ammo but if you have a selection of .22s it'll probably run in one of them. And if not it should be easy enough to sell the other brick.

All that being said I'd rather get the Blazers if you can combine shipping with something else.

I love the blazers. I got a box on monday but its been dry since. I may sell or trade the M22s for less but better quality bullets.

They have a recall on M-22, are they any good?

Ive got so many differnt links trimmed down and saved I can't even keep track of what is actually on them.
Ifn everybody was smart they b doing the same
People who are coming here and grabbing a quicky will burn out the posted links just like they did before.

Okay with many semi-auto rifles - but test before buying bulk.

Watch out with semi-pistols - frequent stove piping - occasional casings in the breech.

Reason? Excessive brass expansion in many cases...

But hey, if it fires - it's good for something.

FWIW...I've used M22s with great satisfaction in three Ruger Mark IIIs, two 10/22s, a bolt action rifle (I think it was a Browning) and an M&P15-22. This ammo is near the top of my preferred list. Never had a stove pipe/FTE. Just two FTF (one after the other) and I blame those on the magazine. YMMV.

A very vocal minority in this thread doesn't like it. Read reviews elsewhere and you'll see it is a very good load. The completely fair comments about brass expansion have merit, but it is on par with pretty much any other brass except CCI and Eley. It isn't in that price class. Clean chambers and bolt faces fixes the extraction problems. It's main competitor is Blazer. It uses CCI brass, but the downside is unplated lead which works very poorly with AR conversions, and involves more barrel cleaning than plated. Combine CCI brass with a platted 40 gn bullet, and you are talking mini mag which is in a higher price category.

                              It's .22 don't over think it.

You're not defending yourself with it....at least I hope you are not.

If it goes bang and the pop can flops over!? PERFECT.

People use it for different stuff which is why knowing WHY something is better or worse is worth knowing. Things like hunting, precision rifle training, carbine training, and can blasting all have different things you are going to care about.
