These are subsonic rounds, are those ok to shoot out of a rifle?

Each brick is 10 50rd/box and they will let you buy 20boxes. I tried adding 25 to my cart and it just updated to 20. So 20 boxes of 10 boxes of 50rds is 10,000 rounds for $999.80 with free shipping....tempting.

Subsonic here sounds like a fancy way to say standard velocity. If your gun cycles std vel then no problems. 1020fps is only slightly lower than average.

I just purchased five. With shipping came to $0.073/round.

A follow-up on my purchase of 5 cans of 22LR federal (325/can) last Sunday evening ($20.52/each).

Cheaper Then Dirt (CTD) charged my credit card late Sunday evening (8:44PM - 90+ minutes after the transaction). Received an email today saying they can't fulfill the order due to depletion of inventory.

What disappoints me with CTD is they billed my card 40 hours BEFORE shipping (although there is nothing to ship and they do say they will refund the amount back to my credit card). Where I kick myself in the pants is they've done this to me once before last summer and admitted it was an error to bill my card before shipping (and back then, they also didn't have the inventory to ship).

While I often shop with my wallet, it appears there is a lack of morality and ethics at CTD. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Under no circumstance will I patronage CDT in the future.

Thanks, interesting read.
Much of the .22 I have that's standard velocity claims 1050-1080fps. Subsonic says under 1100fps so I tend to generalize anything in that range into s.v.
Perhaps that's a broad brush but its how I paint

Walmart in Irvine had lots of 7.62x39 tula at 5.29 ,7.62x51 ,223 American eagle and others at 12.99 to 14.99 and ammo cans of .223 at around 425.oo I didn't see any .22lr

They're also one of the worst companies for basically making up California gun laws. You can order something and they'll just randomly decide not to ship it and use California as an excuse.
