To anyone out there that shoots the 50rd Fed champion. I see the 50 rd are not copper plated. Do they cause more bore fouling than the bulk 525s? Any other differences? Thank you BiggB

I didn't realize there was anything available this time of day.

Yeah, and the 5:42 PM shows that you can't give up at noon.

I have found that it's usually over by noon for me however...I get an order in and that is my one for the day. But on 1/30 they posted some Federal 525's so I got one of those too.

It is the only time I was able to get two in one day.

I don't remember brands but at rimfire speeds the amount of fouling was similar, but the copper is a tad "cleaner" and easier to deal with. Neither will crud things up inside of 500 rounds, and either will be nice and shinny with a few passes of a bore snake. The powder fouling is the bigger difference between loads.

Same here. Cabela's randomly canceled the single and solitary order I placed a couple days ago (Blazer 500 round brick). I suspect it might have something to do with using the checkout link, but who knows.

In the grand scheme of things it's a cat-and-mouse game with Cabela's. We devise unique ways of creating an opportunity to give them our money, while they devise unique ways of stopping us from doing so.
