Ammo Finds - Post them here

I stopped by RifleGear this morning and got my box.

As much as we all dislike paying a little more, it's actually probably a good idea for stores to up their prices a little on ammo like this. This will discourage the real "price gougers" from buying and reselling, as their profit margin will go down considerably. Yes we have to pay a little more, but at least it will be in stock for people that will actually shoot it, not resellers.

After a while, the availability will become more, and price gougers won't be able to turn a profit. The problem will fix itself given time. (Higher prices and one box limits hurt the resellers more than anybody.)

Kinda on-topic....I was going to get a Cabelas credit card but it looks like the $5.00 shipping ends in a few months...

is that normal or do they extend it?

The main reason I would get the card is for the shipping. All the other retailers are pretty expensive on the shipping so the CC makes Cabelas the best for ammo.

At the urging of many here.... I got one yesterday, saved 23.95 on the first order with it. $5 more after 5 orders and $5 flat rate shipping for now - It adds up.

I as well got the card yesterday. The first time I was going to use it the card showed up at check out, now it's not showing up at all. Any ideas?

You only get one use online prior to getting the card in hand. You'll have to wait about ten days now to get your card

Back from the concealed carry class with certificate in hand. Stopped in at the Gander store that was so loaded with ammo on Wednesday. All 800 or so boxes of .22 they had were gone. Not really a big surprise.

In process, delivery is slated for 2/17. Week from Monday, I bet it all sits "in process" until then, nobody packing and shipping on the weekend.

If it was going to get canceled, I think it would have happened already...
