Eley should be fine for shooting ground squirrels right? I mean i've seen people who use air rifles to take squirrels and rabbits with domed (non HP) pellets and they move at a slower FPS. Just asking if anyone has any experience using these for shooting varmints?

I've pretty much given up on trying to get anything on PSA when someone links to their site for .22lr. Takes forever to load the page and when you get there finally, it's all sold out. At least on SGammo, I can get to their page and just see the amount of ammo being bought quickly decreasing.

Any idea if the Eley Target (Yellow) is any good? $5.5/box doesn't seem too bad if it is comparable to Wolf Match / SK Standard Plus.

Its on par with the Wolf MT and SK Std+ (acutally the same ammo) but only if your rifle likes it. I wouldn't buy a butt ton of it until you test it for accuracy in your rifle.

TargetSportsUSA just updated for 100 ct. CCI Mini-Mag HP. However, something is wrong with that 19.99 price.

Normally I get these for 8.98 locally when available.

Thats the same price Los Altos Rod and gun club charges for 100 rnds cci, $20. They also had 50 rounds of American Eagle for $10.

Gander Mountain has federal ultra match 50rd and bulk in stock but its expensive.

Got my 2 Nitro packed cans of Federal 325 from Midway However the cans were damaged from being poorly packaged.
Sent an email to Midway with pics. Did not ask for return or credit, just explained I was not happy with the poor packaging and damaged cans.
They don't allow ammo returns so they credited my card $20

As I experiment with my Savage to find the tightest pattern, I found that the Federal Value Pack 745 does best for me.........so......

I have 1 brick each of the following 2 ammos I picked up from Midway 2 weeks ago.

I actually did call. The cs rep was VERY nice and gave me a $20 credit. I'm still not sure if I'm going to use these or store them as they are pretty much made for long term storage. I actually feel kind of guilty now, but hey, I'll pay them back with future business. After the credit it comes to 5.5 cents/round, that's what I'm talking about !
