I have a question for you ammo gurus.
Is there a difference between those blue box Champions and the red box Value Pack?
If you look at the specs they are exactly the same.Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Here is a listing from Federal's web site. Click on the bottom for more listed items. This probably doesn't help much. For example, the difference between the 510 and the 710. I believe the 710, blue box, is a better, more accurate round. It is also more expensive, $32 vs $25 for about the same amount. I also would like to know the difference between "Champion" and "Game-Shok" brands. I'll look into it further and let you know if I find anything.

I was able to find the load number 745 which is the load number on the blue box. The red box says it's load number 750 and they don't list that one.Here is a listing from Federal's web site. I just found this when Googleling. It's from Ruger Forum.
I just compared the Ballistic Information labels on the Federal Load No's 745 and 750.
The Load No 750 being the Wally World exclusive?
There is a slight difference:
Load No 750: Velocity = 1260 FPS @ Muzzle, 1000 FPS @ 100 yds
Energy = 125 ft lbs @ Muzzle, 80 ft lbs @ 100 yds
Drop = 5.6" @ 100 yds
Load No 745: Velocity = 1280 FPS @ Muzzel, 1020 FPS @ 100 yds
Energy = 131 ft lbs @ Muzzle, 83 ft lbs @100 yds
Drop = 3.4" @ 100 ydsActually Sue's Husband

Here's something else. I better stop this as it probably doesn't belong in this thread.
From what I have read and experienced, Load 750 is the Walmart Load # for 745. Also, Walmart Load # 510B is the same as Load #510. I think the Walmart 510B is sold as Champions.Actually Sue's Husband
