If you bought pre-panic and sold at a later date, I don't have a problem with that. You sat on the item for a while and an opportunity presented itself. I have done the same with my Russian SKS.

I resent the guys who come on this forum and jump on a deal just to flip a profit. This thread is to spread the word so that ENTHUSIASTS can have a chance to buy ammo for themselves. Instead a few of the flippers come in and contribute nothing but suck the source dry for their own personal profit. They use this forum for selfish intent, not to help others.

I still have mixed feeling about your objections. If they have the time to troll and make a few bucks, let them.

If people would stop buying from them, the "problem" would self correct. I personally don't think it's worth the time and effort to flip the ammo. Just be patient, you will be able to buy.

I'm guessing more than likely they saw the ammo find in this thread, scored a bucket, and are now charging $80 over the asking price. I know it's none of my business, but I just hate too see fellow Calgunners gouging the bajesus out of their fellow man.

YUP. It bothers me. Supply and Demand, what the market will bear and all that but it bothers me. I don't like thinking about someone just trying to get some ammo to go shoot or to stockpile whatever... and not knowing any better. Same reason I hate car dealerships' tricks or Marketing Geniuses tactics, or mechanics/contractors taking advantage of someone who knows nothing.

That said there is a fair price for everything. I wouldn't sell my .03 per round surplus ammo for .03 if it was worth .50 today everywhere if I suddenly need cash or had no more rifles of that caliber.

Just got an email from gander. My 2 buckets shipped today.

So did everyones's Gander BUCKET O's that were "backorder" status either ship or get cancelled already or are there some still on backorder??

Mine are STILL "IN PROCESS"... I have three orders incoming from GANDER that wil determine whether or not I am done or not for a while. Come on Gander.

I also have five chootems coming from Gander that are not associated with my account because I fumbled my password and ordered as a GUEST so I could get the damn thing in before the dread OOS DEADLINE... so I have no tracking/status info... and they have not emailed me a shipped notice. FML!
